Changes
There is a 30 days period to make a change from the day you receive the product. To do this, please contact us by phone or e-mail indicating: order reference, reason for change and contact information. We will contact you to explain the procedure to follow.
Cassette will assume the exchange costs in the following countries: Spain (Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Germany, Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal , Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia. For the rest of the world, the exchange costs will be borne by the clients and the return can be made by any courier company chosen by the client.
Returns
There is a period of 14 days to make a return from the day you receive the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
To return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Please note that the shipping cost on returns is not refunded unless the product has a manufacturing defect or wrong products have been received.
Conditions for Changes and Returns:
In all cases, the products to be returned and / or exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received the item(s) will be checked, as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return or exchange the products purchased.If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to be effective.
